ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Original paintings and giclée fine art prints are typically prepared and dispatched within 5–8 business days. Some fine art prints are made to order.

In-stock original linocut prints are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders containing different product types may require the longer processing time.

Delivery times are additional and vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)

  • USA, Canada, Australia: 5–10 business days

  • European Union (excluding Estonia): 5–14 business days

  • Other worldwide destinations: 10–30 business days

  • Estonia:

    • Original linocut prints and original paintings: 1–3 business days

    • Giclée fine art prints: 5–8 business days

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All artworks are professionally packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery.

Original Linocut Prints

Original linocut prints are shipped flat in sturdy, protective corrugated cardboard mailers, designed to help prevent bending and damage during transit.

Original Paintings and Works on Paper

Smaller original paintings are shipped flat, either framed and ready to hang or unframed, depending on how they are ordered.

Larger original paintings and original works on paper, including pastels, are shipped unframed, carefully rolled, and securely packaged in sturdy protective tubes using methods appropriate to each artwork.

Giclée Fine Art Prints

Giclée prints are carefully packaged according to their size to protect them during shipping. Depending on the format, they may be shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube.

We use trusted shipping carriers and postal services, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and local postal services, depending on the destination and shipping requirements.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply.

Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our shipping rates.

Customs regulations and exemptions vary by country and by the type of artwork purchased.
