Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at shop@ainvaresart.com. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unused and unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging—and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
