Damaged Products

Have you received a damaged product?

If there is any issue with an order, whether there is visible damage to the packaging or not, please provide the following photos so we can resolve it as soon as possible:

  • Entire front of product(s)
  • Entire back of product(s)
  • Close-up of damage/flaw
  • Photo of the entire print
  • Barcode(s)
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Photo of packaging inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)

All text/barcodes must be legible

Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.

We need photos in good resolution. Feel free to send them in full or large size.
