"Longing for the Father's Home" - Original Linocut
$180 USD
The Prodigal Son has reached the lowest point of his journey. Sitting among the pigs, hungry and far from home, something begins to awaken within him—a longing for his father and for the place where he truly belongs.
This linocut captures the quiet turning point before the journey home begins. It is a moment between loss and return, emptiness and hope. Before his circumstances change, his heart has already begun to turn toward home.
The work speaks to that deep human longing to return—to belonging, to identity, and ultimately to the Father whose love is still waiting for us.
Inspired by Luke 15:11–32.
